Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre is located in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia, approximately 1.5 hours west of Halifax.The Centre employs some 600 professional and support staff, making it one of the largest employers in the Valley region. Staff are employed on a full time, part time or casual basis in the areas of client care, clinical services, environmental services, food services and administration. The Human Resources Department supports the organization’s recruitment, selection, orientation, performance appraisal and employee benefits processes.
We are currently hiring casual Residential Rehab Workers (RRW) for our Units In-centre, and Adult Community Option Homes located in the Waterville Area. We are also hiring RRW’s for our Children’s Home located in Bridgewater.
As well we are hiring casual Youth Workers for our Community Option Homes located in the Waterville area.

Our first General Orientation will be April 30, 2018 with Training in Standard First Aid (Level C) (April 25 & 26) and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (April 27). This training is required for all staff working directly with clients. KRRC provides the training for casuals hired without these certificates at a minimal cost to cover printed materials.
Our second General Orientation commences the Week of May 28, 2018 with Training in Standard First Aid (Level C) and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention.
