Nadina Smith is a 20-year experienced Chartered Professional Human Resources (CPHR) with the Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations (CCHRA) and the Human Resources Association of Nova Scotia (HRANS). She is a Myers Briggs Type Indicator Instructor (MBTI); and has worked over 10 years as a Human Resources Director, and HR Strategist. She has worked in several industry sectors within the Maritime region and abroad. She has performed the role of an HR Consultant for Canada and International clients, as well as worked as a past HR Management Instructor and mentored HR students.

Nadina is a graduate of Saint Mary’s University. She has set legal precedent within the Province of Nova Scotia and holds a paralegal office diploma from the Nova Scotia Maritime Business College.
